There needs be an organized method of planning out the features in a cohesive manner. In the end, outdoor features enhance your property in order for you to live your best life. In today’s world, some of these features are: patios, pool, walkways, vegetable and fruit gardens, green houses, and outdoor entertainment areas.
How can I help?
During an initial site walk, we can look for opportunities to work with the land to enhance your life. You might need help with determining where the house will sit, as well as due diligence on zoning and building codes to see what is allowed. I can help with all of that, as well as creating a vision of outdoor living areas to enjoy.
When should you call me?
The earlier in the process that you call me, the more I can help co-create a vision for the exterior of your home. By starting early in the process, we can choose which natural features to maintain or enhance during the building process.

The first step in the process is you and I visiting the site and you explain to me your dream for the property.

As we walk the site you and I will look for other opportunities on the property that we can take advantage of.

Once you and I have walked the site, I will download documents that are available online (tax maps, aerials etc.) and put together a concept plan showing the parcel boundary and the most ideal location of the home.
