What is your idea of a perfect shopping and dining experience? When people go shopping, they want to experience more than just going into the store and buying products. They want the option to engage in other activities while they are there. People want the perfect Instagram or selfie moment. A family may come for ice cream on a summer night and while they are eating, they observe a concert on an outdoor stage. When designing these spaces, we need to ensure that the space is accessible to all, and that there is a thoughtful, circular pattern within the spaces.

Is it time to revitalize an existing plaza? That is what we did at Smith Haven Mall. They needed to update the plaza that spills out from the retail center in order to fit the needs of people coming to the mall. It also allowed for them to have events at night time.

Once you and I have worked our the landscape design, I will prepare a colored rendering to be used for public hearings or any associated meetings. In this case, these renderings were used to present the project to the Design Review Board in town for their approval.
